Fall CSA Share
back again for 2024! Farm or montoursville pickup
Fall is for falling in love with dahlias
As the nights begin to cool and the leaves start to transition to their moody colors, the flowers begin to change too. Fall on the flower farm is one of my favorite seasons. Each season brings its own specialty to the table and for the fall growing season, it’s hard not to fall in love with the dahlias.
4 weeks of dahlias
Sign up for our Fall CSA Share to enjoy 4 weeks of fall flowers, starring our lovely dahlias. You will receive one luscious bouquet each week for four consecutive weeks starting at the end of August or early September depending on the dahlias! It’s hard not to love dahlias. I mean, just look at them. They are so beautiful it’s sometimes hard to believe they’re real. While the focus will primarily be on the dahlias, we will have other fall favorites tucked into your bouquets too.

Why a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is super popular among vegetable farmers. Community members who value the mission and purpose of the farm show their support in the off-season by purchasing a share. Then once the season rolls around, they recoup their investment by enjoy the fruits of the farm’s efforts and labor. The off-season on a flower farm is our most expensive season as we purchase bulbs, seeds, roots, and plugs for the following season. Of course, since we grow seasonally, the income flow is put on hold with no fresh goods to sell. That is why a CSA for a tiny farm like ours is so vital.
Why join a CSA?
You are guaranteed a beautiful, lush bouquet of the freshest flowers every week for the entirety of the fall subscription. I often sell out at our flower stand but CSA members always receive their share of flowers!
Our CSA bouquets are a bit larger than our cart bouquets, the dahlia bouquets are plump!
Our flowers are grown right here in YOUR community. They are not flown in from other countries, then trucked to our location, passed through many unknown hands, or held in storage until they are on their last leg before you can enjoy them. Nope, none of that.
That means you’re not only supporting your local farm but also decreasing your carbon footprint. Plus, no harsh chemicals will be entering your home on imported flowers either.
Your flowers are reserved and harvested just for you every week and therefore take priority.
Our farm follows sustainable and organic growing practices. That means your flowers are never exposed to harsh chemicals, pesticides, or toxins. They are fresh, healthy, and safe. And longer lasting (with proper care of course)!
Get an up close look at the season progression through the different flowers and foliage we’ll use each week.
You are helping to support your local flower farm! Without demand for product there is no reason for supply. By committing to a small farm flower subscription/CSA, you keep us going and for your support, we are so grateful!
